Shipping Policy
At Sgjpackging, we aim to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within Denmark only.
2. Shipping Carrier
Orders may be shipped using DHL, DPD, GLS, PostNord, UPS, or other trusted courier partners depending on the delivery destination, item size, order weight, and carrier availability.
The carrier name and tracking details will be provided in the shipping confirmation email after dispatch where tracking is available.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually processed on the next business day.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Denmark.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated standard delivery time is 5–6 business days after dispatch Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Denmark Time, depending on the delivery address and courier service.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available all over Denmark.
6. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. Please allow a short time for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking number.
7. Delays
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak periods, customs processes, or incorrect address information.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to assist you.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Sgjpackging is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, was refused, or was not collected, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law.
10. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it is missing, please contact us promptly at support@sgjpackging.com with your order number and photos where available so we can investigate and assist.
