How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

To track your order, please check the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.

Estimated delivery information, where available

When Will I Receive Tracking Information?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email where available.

Please allow a short time for the tracking number to update after it has been issued by the courier.

Delivery Time

Estimated standard delivery time is usually 5–6 business days after dispatch Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Denmark Time, depending on your delivery address, courier service, product type, and carrier availability.

Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch. This can happen when:

The courier has not scanned the parcel yet
The parcel is in transit between facilities
There is a weekend or public holiday delay
The tracking system has not updated in real time
There is a temporary courier delay

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us for assistance.

I Did Not Receive a Tracking Email

If you have not received tracking information, please check:

Your spam or junk folder
The email address used at checkout
Whether your order is still within the normal processing time

If you still cannot find your tracking information, contact us at support@sgjpackging.com with your order number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at support@sgjpackging.com.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
